Founded in 2012 and based in Los Angeles, Uniform Journal is an editorial platform, brand, and design company. At its core, it is a fusion of fashion, photography, and personal expression. The company is built around a singular point of view. It was created to inspire authenticity, build community, and showcase the uniqueness of individual wardrobes and the forces that shape them.

We are not a fashion brand in the usual sense. We do not run seasons. We release items when we have something to say. Most of the time, we write about it at length. The shop and the journal are the same project, viewed from two sides.
